About the Automated Clearance Initiative (SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration), known as the SG Arrival Card.
The Automated Clearance Initiative (ACI) enrols eligible foreign visitors to use the automated lanes during arrival immigration clearance at Singapore’s checkpoints.

SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper SG arrival physical DE card that every foreign visitor must present for immigration clearance. All travellers from eligible countries (click to check https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/for-visitors/AC) must now submit the electronic health declaration before they enter Singapore using the SG Arrival Card e-Service. You will need to submit the SG Arrival Card at this link https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ Once your application is approved, you do not need to queue at the immigration counters. Just scan and go through the gantry, and this will help to save time for all arrival passengers.

What you should note about SG Arrival Card:
All travellers are required to submit their SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore, except:

  • Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and Residents are travelling through the land checkpoints.
  • Submit your SG Arrival Card  within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. For example, travellers arriving in Singapore on 30 Jun 2020, can only submit their declaration from 28 Jun 2020 onwards. This is to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance.
