Hotel Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The information provided by the IEEE TENCON 2024 Conference Housing Bureau is intended to assist you in finding suitable hotel accommodations near the conference venue. Please note that this information has been compiled with care, but all terms and conditions of the respective hotels will apply. Ensure that you review and understand the specific policies of each hotel before making your booking.

  1. Booking Process: Use the provided hotel link to book directly. Charges will be handled by the hotel.
  2. Booking Confirmation: A confirmed booking number will be issued immediately after payment is completed.
  3. Payment Details: Credit card information is required, and rates exclude service charges (10%) and GST (9%). Breakfast is also not included unless specified.
  4. Deposit Requirement: Some hotels may require a one-night deposit to secure the reservation.
  5. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check the booking confirmation for specific times, as they may vary by hotel.
  6. Standard Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. A 50% charge applies for check-out before 6:00 PM, and a full day rate applies for check-out after 6:00 PM.
  7. Early Arrival: If arriving before 3:00 PM, consider booking an extra night, as it won’t be automatically reserved.
  8. Extra Night Booking: Must be arranged through written instruction or via the booking link.
  9. Late Check-out: Inform the hotel if needed, and the room key will need reactivation.
